The journey began in Des Moines, Iowa and has centered around Bossier City, Louisiana for the majority of his life, where he has been in entertainment since the age of 11. This multi-talented performer is singer, rapper, song writer, dancer, spiritually grounded, and father of three.
As a founding member of Camo Down Entertainment (formerly Camouflage Souljas), Crucial has performed in many places, including Walnut Hill Middle School, local skating rings, parties in Gilliam, La., parties in Spring Hill,La., Club Throwback in Atlanta, The Blue Flame in Atlanta, The Green Room in Atlanta, and recently has been featured at The TruNiVerse Open Mic Nite in Shreveport. Camo Down (Crucial, his brother Courtland aka Code Lane, and Darnell Green aka Money) also opened for Lil Flip & TI at Southern University, Shreveport (2001) and opened for Big Mo at the Expo Hall in Shreveport (2002). Crucial is currently working on his first solo project entitled "Crucial Minds", and assisting on upcoming solo CD by CodeLane "What U Know About Me".
