| Under The Influence Ent. (U.T.I.) is an eclectic hip hop group consisting of rappers and producer's originating out of both the East and West Coast, as well as the Dirty South. Starting out with Payroll Records, rapper/producer Tox, from Badnews VA, generated a large following while passing his music on to customers at his truck-stop barbershop. After working with many local artists, Tox began producing and featuring on numerous tracks with Shreveport natives Mike B. and Hostile. Long time friend Dutch, from Hampton, VA, relocated to Shreveport and began recording with the group instantly. Having moved from out West, rapper/producer Lil Joe connected with UTI and they began working on an official album. Under The Influence Ent. hooked up with Davenport Management and Southern Stiles Records and have generated a steady buzz performing at local nightspots GiGi's and Full Moon Bistreaux. |
