Breaking through the gates of rapping, born July 5,1977,31 year old Bertrand Ealy, (Tholi KOT), Shreveport, La. native grew up in a neighborhood called Waterside. Tholi paved his way, through the journey of being “the beat man” for his younger cousins, (Troy Taylor and Sedric Nash) at age 15. Tholi began his road to pursue rapping, because his cousins inspired him a lot. The Gangsta Knowledgeable style lyrics with a gritty style, raspy voiced Tholi’s goals with his music are to bring knowledge to the youngsters, the same way the OG’s did him. With the famous old school rappers like: Tupac, Biggie, Point blank, Spice One, E-40, Pimp C, Bun B, and Tholi Kot as his favorites in the game, he plans to make Millions. Tholi has worked with A.D Records, Lynch Records; Toney T Records; Red Beans &Rice Productions and is currently a artist of Right Now Ent. Tholi believes that hip hop is being able to bring back the essence of what music is, a story being told to a audience of people whom are missing a message in their lives. Rap is just a word put together with no official meaning or understanding, basically a group of rhyming words without life. Tholi considers himself a hip hop artist with a story to tell a vision verbally told with a visual understanding.
